Open resources is a young Company founded by the two partners Filippo Calandriello and Guido Pelagallo, both in the real estate eld from more than 20 years, and leaded also by Fabio Ranieri who Join the company, as partner, after the establishment of the company. The crew is completed by using qualified professional, in house or in outsourcing, who have specific skills for engineering, interior design and construction management.

The company born when Filippo and Guido decided to put together their experiences matured over the past twenty years in the real estate projects’ development eld. The experience gained over the past years for some big national and international projects allowed the two partners to look forward aiming to an “open” company.

The Company works in fact for projects’ development with a new format far from the international big advisory companies, but closer to the Client’s need to receive a tailored service for their own projects. This, in our opinion, helps to achieve the best possible results for our clients.

Thanks to the experiences matured over the past twenty years, Filippo and Guido have built strong relationships with many of the biggest worldwide actors in the design and construction eld, helping Open Resources to move easily in the design, engineering, interior design, construction, supply of materials, furniture, accessories elds.
